Although this hardly seems the time to be celebrating this is such a milestone it deserves to be announced. 10 Years have gone amazingly quick and so much has changed however, our founding principles remain unchanged.
To Serve our Customers with unrivalled attention to detail and to go the extra mile to make things happen. We are proud of our 99% On time delivery and less than 1% of order non-conformance levels mean that not only do we talk the talk we walk the walk.
Over the years we have seen many technological changes and yet some of the most popular connectors remain in common use such as the IDC & D-Type Connectors are as popular as ever.
The driving factors we have seen is the need to make products smaller and for many of our customers the ability to drive innovation has been a critical element of their success. Something we have been enormously proud of is our ability to help customers with developing new product and being on the cutting edge of the latest technological innovations.
While we cannot ignore the current COVID-19 Pandemic and what changes we have all been affected by one thing we can be sure of is our determination to get through this. When the company was started it was in the middle of one of the worst financial crises the world had ever seen.
While the financial crisis was not directly life threatening many good people lost their jobs homes and life savings. There were some bleak times for which many people’s lives was hugely affected. At times it felt like it would never end, then slowly but surely the crisis came to an end and people began to re-build their lives.
In many ways the current crisis has many parallels with 10 years ago and one thing remains the same. Hope. Hope for a better future, a hope that we as a society will become better, more compassionate and caring.
Why celebrate? Because we are still here, and we believe there is a better future around the corner. We don’t know how far away that is, but it will come.
In the meantime, we must remember to take stock of our achievements and to thank our Customers, Suppliers and our dedicated employees without whom we could not do what we do.
So what next? We remain grateful for each and every day and never lose sight that we as a company and community, continue to work harder than ever to deliver for you in challenging times.
